NAICS Code Update to 2022 Version

We are pleased to announce that Clarity now supports the new 2022 NAICS codes.

When you log into Clarity, you will see “Obsolete NAICS codes found” if codes have changed. A link will be provided for you to jump directly to the Customer Accounts screen to find appropriate NAICS codes. If you dismiss the message, you may return to the Customer Accounts section at a later date and sort by “obsolete” to find them again.

When you click on an “obsolete” code, a modal window will open and suggest new codes based on a NAICS code crosswalk. However, the code crosswalk may not suggest a new code in some cases.

It is important to note that all codes with an “obsolete” status will not be shown in any of the other screens within Clarity. “Obsolete” codes must all be changed to an appropriate NAICS code to become visible in the dashboard and alignment screens.

For more information about NAICS codes please visit the help desk and search for NAICS Codes - Did You Know article.

Updates to Incomplete Data Display

Improvements have been made to the tables in both Harmony Core Performance and Understanding Carrier Production when comparing Carriers with missing or incomplete data.

Enhancements include:

  • Top cards will display a hover over alerting you to missing data.
  • Totals in the bottom table will be greyed out if any missing data is being compared in the display for the selected time frame.
  • Enhancements were made to include Current Written Premium to the logic and will now show incomplete data as well.

Utilize the "Hide Incomplete" button to hide any Carrier(s) with missing data for the selected time frame.

Meet the New & Improved Business Classification Dashboard

Take a look at what we’ve done to the Business Classification Dashboard in Clarity. We’ve redesigned it and added new features. Now your data is better organized and more accessible.

Simply roll your mouse over the new, intuitively-designed graphs and the related numbers and percentages pop right up.

Plus, we’ve added a new ‘Top 10 Accounts’ section. Click the ‘Premium or Revenue’ toggle switch and Clarity will instantly rank your accounts by customer, carrier and premium.

We hope you enjoy the new Business Classification Dashboard. It’s yet another way Clarity can help you match the right accounts with the right carriers.
