We’ve revised the Market Assistance - All Network Data report to include the Commission 12MM, # of Accounts, and Premium/Account column headers.

We appreciate your input as we continue to align our reports with what’s most useful.  

Updates have been made to Market Assistance. Now you can toggle between Commercial Lines and Personal Lines! This toggle is located in the upper left section of the page.

You now have the ability to look at your data from the Network or your Agency view. Additionally, in the Agency View the lower tables have been improved to show you all accounts, and all policies. Click any line in the Account Table to view the individual policies below. An All Industry Data table has also been added. 

Improvements were made to the AKPI Tools menu. Now you can see at a glance where to go based on the data source!

The download report button was moved from the menu and placed on the Carrier Production page next to the time frame selector. This will download a csv of your Carrier sourced data by the date you have selected. 

Agency Production has been improved! Same information with better graphics, and table hover overs. Advanced filtering options, as well as the option to toggle between Core or Non Core Carrier relationships. Check it out!

Understanding and Clarity users no longer see green checkmarks when loading files ✅ ✅ ✅

Instead, you have a view of all your Upload History as shown below. Within the "AMS Data Upload" portal, simply click "Upload History" and then click either "Agency Production" or "Clarity" to see the full details!

Easily see at a glance in Agency Production or Network Summary if there are any unmapped policy types.

Simply click Map Unmapped Data to be taken to the mapping screen.

Additional Lines of Business are now available for both Agency Production and Carrier Production/Core Performance for the PL/CL views.
