We’re excited to introduce the Account Rounding Dashboard — a single, powerful report designed to help your team quickly identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities already within your existing book of business.
What’s Include
- New Dashboard Tab: Access Account Rounding from your left navigation
- Key KPIs: Total Opportunities, High Likelihood, Estimated Revenue, and Realized Opp Revenue (YTD)
- Flexible Filters: Producer, Account Manager, Account Name, and Expiration Date Range
- Chart and Data Views – visual insights, trends, and lift across your team as well as detailed team opportunities
- Drilldowns: Click any KPI or account name for deeper charts, pivot tables, policy history, and recommendations

New: Producer & Account Manager Mapping
Admins can now map users to their AMS name variations.
- Mapped users will only see their own book of business
- Unmapped users retain full visibility
Important: Do not map admins, managers, or anyone who needs full agency-wide visibility.
Reminder — your subscription includes unlimited users, so feel free to add anyone who needs access before completing your mappings.
Permissions Note
- If you use Groups in the Admin Portal, enable the Account Rounding dashboard for the appropriate groups.
- If you don’t use Groups, no action is needed.
