🔐 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Harmony now supports MFA for all subscribers. This security feature is controlled at the network level, meaning if your Harmony subscription is connected to agencies using Understanding, MFA settings will extend to those users as well. Contact help@agencykpi.com to enable this feature.

⚙️ Agency Group & Admin Portal Improvements

New Agency Group feature: Harmony admins can now create custom Agency Groups and control which users can apply them as filters in Carrier Production and Profit Share Summary. Contact help@agencykpi.com to enable this feature.

Links to the AKPI Knowledge Base have been added throughout the Admin Portal to provide guidance and context, helping users better understand configuration options.

Interface improvements made to data filtering, group management, and saving for a more seamless and intuitive experience.

📂 Upload History Enhancements

Expanded search now returns results for carriers, agencies, and usernames to quickly find recent uploads.
